Many of life’s greatest pleasures have come to us from experiences we’ve had eating and drinking. Sometimes, we take the entire process for granted and it can be quite revealing when we take the time to explore this every day activity. The old adage, “You are what you eat” may prove true; this may be a great way to get to know ourselves a bit better. Join us as we whet our appetite for further exploration. It’s all food for thought, don’t you think?
