PENTECOST 3 - 2 Corinthians 5:6-10, 14-17; Mark 4:26-34

Belief is what we usually consider when we explore what it means to be a follower of Christ or any other religious expression of spirituality. But belief alone is not sufficient to impact the life of a person following any religious practice. As Christians, we indeed believe in Jesus Christ, but it is our thinking about that which shapes the actions we take in living out that faith. In this sermon, Rev Derwyn argues that it is for this reason that the Bible makes its appeal to us to consider our thinking, and that how we think makes a bigger difference in our conduct than does our belief.

This video also features a musical piece produced by our Minister of Music, Jason Barnsley, which draws our attention to the Eucharist. Soon we will once again share in coming to the Lord's table!
