The Open-ended Trajectory of John

The sermon series on the Gospel of John is wrapped up in this sermon. Rev Derwyn highlights four passages from four chapters in the gospel to show how its uniqueness invites us to pursue an open-ended exploration of God, what it means to be in Christ, how it is that we may be one as Christ and the Father are one, and what it might be that Jesus still had to say to his apostles, but couldn't at the time because they couldn't handle it . . . If there is more of God to know than we are capable of fully knowing, then we should not be surprised to discover more about God than is recorded in our Scriptures!
