On Thursday, October 16, 2025, a communique was published by a group within the worldwide Anglican Communion that indicated in no uncertain terms that they were re-ordering the Anglican Communion and, as a result, announcing that the Communion was now divided.
What brought about this schism? Who is involved? And what is the basis for it?
