It can be argued that the season of Easter is actually a season of transition, getting us to the day of Pentecost and the long season that follows. Based on how Jesus speaks of his "going away," which results in the giving of the Holy Spirit to his disciples, Rev Derwyn makes this case with an invitation for us to consider carefully what this means about our view of the season of Pentecost and our role in it.
